Role Description The AIR EXPORTS PRICING role is a full-time, in office position based in Delhi, India. The team member will be responsible for preparing and updating competitive air export rates, coordinating with airlines and overseas agents, and ensuring accurate and timely quotations to customers. Daily activities include analyzing market trends, maintaining rate databases, responding to pricing inquiries, and supporting the sales team with cost estimates and proposals.





The role also involves liaising with operations to validate feasibility of pricing, optimizing margins while meeting customer requirements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and international export regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, airlines, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Export and Freight processes, including air cargo pricing, documentation, and international trade practices.
- Candidates should possess the ability to provide Training and guidance to team members on pricing procedures and systems when required.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and other rate management tools, with strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Candidates should possess prior experience in air freight forwarding or logistics pricing; experience in export operations is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work accurately under deadlines.
