Monastic Media is a D2C performance marketing and e-commerce agency in Piplod, Surat. We make ad videos and run Meta and Google ads for D2C (direct-to-consumer) brands: ₹110 Cr+ in ad spend managed, ₹440 Cr+ in revenue created for 250+ brands, 5+ years.

As our AI Video Editor you make the ad videos our D2C client brands run on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, with AI tools and a sharp edit. You turn scripts, product photos and briefs into AI scenes, b-roll, product shots, talking clips and animations with tools like Google Veo, Gemini and Flow, then cut them together with our UGC footage, captions, music and sound. You keep every brand's look, check each frame for AI mistakes in hands, faces, text and the product, and deliver vertical 9:16 Reels and ads on time for our media buying team.

Full-time in our office in Piplod, Surat, working with the founder, the UGC team, brand managers, scriptwriters and media buyers. Interviews are in person at our office.

What you will do

- Turn scripts,



product photos and briefs into AI scenes, b-roll and product shots
- Make AI talking clips, voiceovers and animations that fit each brand
- Edit UGC and AI footage into Reels and ads: cuts, captions, music and sound
- Add motion graphics, text and brand fonts, vertical 9:16 first
- Check every frame for AI mistakes in hands, faces, text and the product
- Make recent versions of winning ads with fresh hooks for our media buyers
- Deliver videos for several brands a week on time, with files kept in order

What we are looking for

- 1+ year editing ads, Reels or brand videos
- A showreel or portfolio link is a must, with AI work in it
- Hands-on with AI video and image tools such as Google Veo, Gemini, Runway, Kling or Midjourney
- Strong in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut
- You know what makes a Reel or an ad stop the scroll
- Full-time in our office in Piplod, Surat
