? What You’ll Work On

- Model training, post-training, and optimization
- Advanced techniques such as RLHF, DPO, and GRPO
- Research implementation, mathematical analysis, and experimental evaluation
? What We’re Looking For
- Robust foundations in mathematics, including linear algebra, probability, statistics, calculus, and optimization
- A solid understanding of deep learning and Transformer architectures
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning and modern AI training methods
- Proficiency in Python and PyTorch
- Ability to read research papers, reproduce results, and implement algorithms from first principles
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
