Email Automation: Set up email-finding, verification, personalized outreach, follow-up sequences, and lead tracking.

CRM & Sales Pipelines: Build a centralized system to manage prospects, inquiries, samples, quotations, negotiations, orders, and follow-ups.

AI Automation: Use AI agents and automation tools to connect different business processes and automate repetitive tasks.

Supplier Management: Build systems for supplier discovery, data collection, price comparisons, quotations, and follow-ups.

Business Operations: Automate team reporting, task tracking, workflow management, and performance dashboards wherever practical.

System Integration: Connect relevant tools, spreadsheets, databases, email platforms, websites, and CRM systems.

Documentation & Maintenance: Test the systems, fix errors, document workflows, and train the team to use them.

Practical experience with AI automation and workflow-building tools such as n8n, Make.com,

or Zapier.

Experience integrating business tools, CRMs, APIs, and webhooks.

Knowledge of AI tools, AI agents, and business process automation.

Ability to design end-to-end systems rather than just perform individual tasks.

Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Previous projects or working demos demonstrating actual automation experience.

Candidates who can recommend cost-effective tools and build reliable systems with minimal recurring expenses will be preferred.

Compensation

₹10,000–₹50,000 for 250 hours of freelance work, depending on skills, experience, and demonstrated results.

Payment will be made at the end of the month for approved hours worked.

Work will be tracked through an agreed time-tracking system.

Compensation and scope will be agreed upon before work begins.

Work Requirements

Work from home.

Personal laptop and reliable Wi-Fi/internet connection are mandatory.

Must be available for regular updates and coordination.

Must be comfortable working independently and delivering measurable results.
