What You’ll Do

Run the Day-to-Day Program

- Manage daily affiliate activities across platforms like Impact, ShareASale, CJ, or Awin.
- Approve new affiliates, set up tracking links, and make sure every partner has the tools they need to succeed.
- Keep our creative assets (banners, links, feeds, promo codes) fresh, organised, and easy to access.
- Monitor links and tracking daily — catching and fixing issues before they impact results.

Grow & Engage Partners

- Scout, research, and reach out to new partners — from influencers and bloggers to coupon and review sites.
- Build genuine, lasting relationships with your portfolio of affiliates. Be the person they trust and want to work with.
- Keep partners excited with regular newsletters, seasonal promotions, and exclusive offers.

Crunch the Numbers & Optimise

- Dive into performance data — sales, clicks, conversion rates, EPC, payouts — and turn it into actionable insight.
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports that highlight wins and shine a light on underperformers.
- Proactively suggest improvements and test new ideas to increase ROI.

Protect the Brand & Stay Compliant

- Ensure every affiliate follows brand guidelines, FTC rules, GDPR, and our terms of service.
- Audit content regularly to keep messaging on-brand and spot any shady activity like click fraud or cookie stuffing.
- Escalate issues quickly when they need a higher level of attention.

Collaborate with the Team

- Work closely with design, content,



and product teams to source fresh creatives and product data.
- Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and payout reconciliation.
- Contribute to strategic planning and help shape the future of the affiliate channel.

What We’re Looking For (Must-Have)

- 3–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on proficiency with Google Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets — you love a good pivot table and know your way around complex data.
- An analytical mindset — you can spot trends, interpret metrics, and make confident, data-backed decisions.
- A+ communication skills — you can write a compelling newsletter and build rapport with partners over email or calls.
- Meticulous attention to detail — broken links, tracking errors, and non-compliant content don’t slip past you.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills — you thrive in a fast-paced role with shifting priorities.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude — you take ownership and don’t wait for someone to point out what to do next.
- Comfortable learning new tools and platforms — tech doesn’t scare you.
- A true team player who’s happy to jump in and support wherever needed.





Preferred (But Not Required)

- Experience with platforms like Impact, ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, or Awin.
- A background specifically in affiliate marketing (vs. general digital marketing).
- Existing relationships with influencers, bloggers, or deal/coupon partners.
- Familiarity with compliance standards (FTC, GDPR) and fraud monitoring.
- Experience with budget tracking, invoice processing, and payout reconciliation.
- A portfolio of past campaigns or performance wins you can talk about.

Revenue growth — your contribution to month-over-month sales from the affiliate channel.

New active partners — how many affiliates you onboard and actually get selling.

ROI / ROAS — keeping the channel profitable and improving it against targets.

Affiliate satisfaction — strong, low-churn relationships with your partners.

Data accuracy — minimal tracking errors, disputes, or compliance breaches.
