Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, in office role based in Telangana, India. This role involves guiding prospective students through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, explaining course offerings, and clarifying eligibility criteria and application requirements.

The Admissions

Counselor will conduct counseling sessions, both individually and in groups, to help learners select appropriate programs aligned with their career goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate student records, following up with leads, coordinating campus visits or information sessions,



and collaborating with faculty and administration to ensure a smooth admission experience. The role also includes contributing to outreach activities, supporting enrollment targets, and providing ongoing support to admitted students during pre-course onboarding.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal communication and communication skills to effectively counsel and guide prospective students and their families.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills to manage inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive admission experience.
