About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Academic Counsellors.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a background in sales who are interested in building a career in academic counselling, education consulting, student admissions, and educational marketing.

Prior sales experience is required. However, prior experience in academic counselling is not necessary. We provide complete training and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and understand their academic goals.
- Explain relevant courses, colleges, and admission opportunities.
- Guide students in identifying suitable educational pathways.
- Follow up with interested students and assist them throughout the admission process.
- Build positive relationships with students and their parents.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and follow-ups.
- Achieve admission targets and earn performance-based incentives.
