Role Description This is a full-time, in office Accounts Assistant role based in Mumbai, with an expectation of immediate joining.

The Accounts

Assistant will handle day-to-day accounting activities, including maintaining ledgers, processing invoices, and managing petty cash transactions. The role involves supporting credit control activities by tracking receivables, following up on outstanding payments, and assisting in basic financial reconciliations. The team member will prepare and update accounting records,



assist with monthly closing, and coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment queries. The position requires consistent documentation, accurate data entry, and explicit communication with colleagues and external partners to support smooth financial operations.

Qualifications

- Accounting and Finance: Candidates should possess skills in Accounting and Finance, including basic bookkeeping, invoice processing, and account reconciliation.
- Bookkeeping in Tally
- TDS & GST - Working and return filing
- Invoicing, expense booking, JV etc.
- Communication: Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients regarding accounts-related matters.
- Additional qualifications: Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, attention to detail, ability to work on-site in Mumbai and join immediately, prior experience in accounts or logistics-related finance, and a relevant commerce or accounting qualification or degree.
