We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team.

The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in financial management, and a good understanding of taxation, banking transactions and financial reconciliations. Experience in cryptocurrency exchanges or digital asset businesses will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle general ledger, journal entries, account payables and receivables.
- Prepare and maintain balance sheets, profit & loss statements and financial reports.
- Perform daily bank reconciliation and transaction reconciliation.
- Maintain records of fund inflows, outflows and settlement transactions.
- Monitor daily INR and USDT settlement transactions and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Reconcile crypto transactions, exchange balances and wallet-related financial records.
- Track trading volumes, settlement rates, transaction fees and operational expenses.
- Ensure proper documentation and financial record-keeping for all transactions.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors and internal finance teams.
- Assist in taxation, GST, TDS and statutory compliance-related activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in accounting principles and accounting practices.
- Excellent knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of financial statements, balance sheets,



P&L; and cash flow statements.
- Hands-on experience in bank reconciliation, ledger management and financial reporting.
- Basic understanding of taxation, GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Understanding of banking transactions, fund management and financial settlements.
- Solid analytical, numerical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Good communication skills and fluency in English.

Additional Skills – Crypto & Digital Assets
- Basic understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain and digital assets.
- Familiarity with USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH and other major cryptocurrencies.
- Understanding of crypto exchange operations and OTC trading.
- Knowledge of INR-to-USDT settlements and transaction reconciliation.
- Familiarity with crypto wallets, wallet transfers and transaction records.
- Understanding of trading volumes, exchange rates, spreads and settlement cycles.
- Awareness of crypto-related compliance, AML and KYC procedures.

Experience in cryptocurrency exchanges, OTC trading desks or digital asset financial operations will be a significant advantage.

3–6 Years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance.
