Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with a B.Com qualification and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. The candidate should have positive knowledge of accounting processes, Tally, MS Excel, MS Word, GST, TDS, Professional Tax (PT), and balance sheet preparation.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
2. Handle accounting entries and bookkeeping using Tally.
3. Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets.
4. Handle GST, TDS, and Professional Tax (PT) compliance and related documentation.
5. Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
6. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate ledger accounts.
7. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
8. Maintain proper accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
9. Ensure accuracy in financial data and compliance with applicable accounting and taxation requirements.
10. Coordinate with internal teams and external parties regarding accounting and financial matters.





Skills and Qualifications

- B.Com/ BAF/ or any related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good working knowledge of Tally.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Professional Tax (PT).
- Experience in balance sheet preparation and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Must be comfortable working at the Thane location.
- Must be available for a face-to-face interview.
- Salary will be decided based on the candidate's last drawn salary, experience, skills, and interview performance.
