Position: Accountant & Taxation Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced professional to manage our day-to-day accounting, financial operations, and statutory tax compliances.

Key Responsibilities1.

Financial

Accounting &

• Bookkeeping

- Maintain accurate day-to-day books of accounts, ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and general journal entries using Tally (Prime/ERP 9) or SAP.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including vendor bill verifications, timely payment runs, and client invoicing.
- Perform monthly inventory/stock reconciliations in coordination with the production and dispatch teams.
- Assist management in the preparation of monthly balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.

2. Taxation & • Statutory Compliance
- Prepare, calculate, and file statutory returns:
- GST: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns (GSTR-9), and input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation via 2A/2B.
- TDS/TCS: Computation, timely deposit of Challans,



and quarterly return filings (Form 24Q, 26Q).
- Ensure full compliance with e-way bills and e-invoicing portals.
- Support external auditors, Chartered Accountants (CAs), and tax authorities during statutory, internal, and tax audits.

3. Payroll & • Banking
- Process monthly salary sheets, deductions, and disbursements.
- Coordinate with banks for day-to-day transactions, letter of credit (LC), bank guarantees, and credit facility documentations if required.

Requirements & • Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA / CMA).
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in corporate/factory accounting, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial packaging sector.
- Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on proficiency in Tally (Prime/ERP 9) or SAP (FI/CO module). Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS).
- Language Skills: Qualified proficiency in spoken and written English for formal business communications, audit interactions, and email correspondence. Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi is an added advantage.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Indian accounting principles, current GST laws, TDS/TCS regulations, and corporate compliance standards.
