Clariti Scan World is a growing chain of diagnostic imaging centres in Kerala, offering MRI, ultrasound, NCS and lab tests. Our first centre is in Perumbavoor, with a second coming up in Aluva.
What you'll do
- Daily cash closing: reconcile front-desk collections (cash, UPI, card) with the billing system and bank
- Maintain accounts in Tally: billing, receipts, expenses, vendor and AMC payments
- Manage credit billing and receivables from hospitals, corporates and insurance/TPA
- Process radiologist and doctor skilled fees, payroll and incentives, with correct TDS
- File TDS returns and handle statutory compliance, working with our auditor
- Track loan repayments, cash flow and consumables stock (contrast, films)
- Prepare monthly P&L; and MIS reports, centre by centre
- Keep the books for both our Perumbavoor and Aluva centres, and help set up accounts as new centres open
We're looking for
- B.Com / M.Com; CA Inter or CMA Inter a plus
- 3+ years in accounts, ideally at a diagnostic centre, hospital or multi-branch business
- Strong in Tally and TDS, working knowledge of GST, good with Excel
- Accurate, organised, and able to work independently
- Based in or near Perumbavoor
