Role Description

Position: Account Executive – Accounting & GST

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Mode: On-site

Experience: 2–3 years

Rajesh Builders is looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to support its accounting operations, GST compliance and financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of accounting principles, practical experience with GST-related work and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial documentation.
- Assist with GST calculations, return preparation and filing.
- Handle sales and purchase entries, invoices and expense records.




- Reconcile accounts, vendor statements and GST records.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and periodic financial reports.
- Ensure accounting records and supporting documents are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants on accounting and taxation matters.
- Support other accounting and compliance activities as required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or an equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and GST compliance.
- Working knowledge of GST returns, invoicing, reconciliations and basic taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
- Robust attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, meet deadlines and handle financial information responsibly.
