Our creator network has grown from 50 to 500+ active creators, and we're now gearing up to scale to 2,000 creators.

That's where you come in!

We're looking for an Accounts Executive – Creator Community who can take ownership of creator payouts, manage high-volume payment operations and build a reliable, seamless payout experience for our growing creator network.

This isn't your typical accounts desk role. You'll work at the intersection of Finance, Creator Operations and Marketing, ensuring that every payment is backed by the right documentation, every number adds up, and every creator gets paid when promised.

What will you own?

1. Creator Payouts & Payment Operations

- Own the end-to-end monthly payout cycle for 500+ creators, covering fixed stipends, per-reel payments, performance incentives, contest prizes and retainers.
- Validate creator payouts against delivery data, including content submissions, views and quality checks.
- Maintain payout calendars and ensure payments are processed within committed timelines.
- Coordinate with creator community leads to resolve payout discrepancies before processing.

2. Creator Onboarding & Documentation

- Manage creator KYC and documentation, including PAN, Aadhaar, bank details and cancelled cheques.
- Maintain an accurate creator database covering payment terms, rate cards, contracts and banking information.




- Follow up on invoices and raise self-invoices wherever required.

3. Compliance & Financial Accuracy

- Ensure accurate TDS deductions and tracking across applicable creator categories.
- Track GST applicability, collect GSTIN details and validate invoices for compliance.
- Maintain organised, audit-ready records of agreements, invoices and payment confirmations.

4. Reconciliation & Reporting

- Reconcile creator payouts against bank statements and accounting records every cycle.
- Resolve failed or returned transactions and outstanding payment discrepancies.
- Track creator spends against monthly budgets across shows and flag potential overruns.
- Prepare monthly reports covering creator spends, cost per creator, cost per million views, outstanding dues and payment ageing.

5. Process Ownership & Creator Support

- Act as the primary point of contact for creator payment-related queries across WhatsApp and email.
- Resolve payment queries within defined turnaround times.
- Identify and flag duplicate claims, incorrect submissions and potential payment irregularities.
- Help streamline payout processes and build systems that can support our next phase of growth.
