About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Account Associate to manage day-to-day accounting activities, GST preparation, corporate billing, expense tracking, and budget-related documentation. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of accounting principles, financial records, and monthly audit processes.

Key Responsibilities

- GST Preparation: Assist with GST calculations, documentation, and preparation of GST returns.
- Corporate Billing & Invoicing: Prepare, issue, maintain, and track corporate bills and invoices, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate records.
- Daily Expense Management: Record and maintain daily company expenses using Google Sheets and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
- Budget & Costing: Assist in company budget preparation, cost analysis, expense monitoring, and financial planning.
- Monthly Audit: Support monthly internal audits by organizing financial records, invoices,



expense statements, and supporting documents.
- Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper filing of bills, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Reconciliation: Assist with payment tracking, outstanding dues, and reconciliation of expenses and invoices.
- Reporting: Prepare regular expense reports and financial summaries for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 Years in experience as corporate accountant.
- Basic to good knowledge of GST, invoicing, billing, and accounting procedures.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential financial records and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally or similar tools is preferred.
- Prior experience in accounting, billing, or finance operations will be an advantage.
