PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES

Drive on-time, accurate & quality service delivery within agreed-upon SLAs for assigned processes

Responsible for day to day deliverables in the US, clients

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

Minimum 18+ years of experience, 10 years at Managerial Level and should have capability to manage 300+ FTEs

Minimum 10+ years of R2R experience is mandatory.

Drive on-time, accurate & quality service delivery within agreed-upon SLAs for assigned processes

Identify opportunities to increase existing processes, reviewing the current lifecycle and recent business

Review FTE requirements, shift plans & capacity planning

Responsible for day to day deliverables in the US clients

Should be ready to work in client specific shifts.

Integrate domain knowledge & business understanding to create superior solutions for the client

Responsible for customer satisfaction by meeting / exceeding all service levels as agreed with the customer
