Company Description ARSAA is a new design-led brand launching as a sister company of Tilak Marbles, one of the established names in marble Industry from past 32 years. We are building a collection of marble home decor and furniture: tables, washbasins, bathroom and kitchen accessories, planters, decor objects and more. Our focus is on timeless, craft-driven pieces where traditional marble artistry meets modern design and CNC precision.

Role Description

We’re looking for a hands-on 3D Designer who can turn design ideas into production-ready marble products. You’ll work closely with our design and production teams, taking concepts from sketch to 3D model to toolpath to finished piece, and you’ll be one of the core people shaping our first collections.

Key Responsibilities

- Create detailed 3D models and relief designs of marble furniture and decor products in Rhino
- Prepare toolpaths and machining files using ArtCAM and CadCAM for CNC and Bridge Cutter production
- Operate and work with CNC machines, including setup, tool selection and basic troubleshooting
- Translate 2D sketches, reference images and design briefs into accurate, manufacturable 3D designs
- Optimize designs for marble as a material, considering thickness, load, edge strength, wastage and finishing
- Coordinate with artisans, production and finishing teams to ensure the final product matches the design intent
- Build prototypes and test pieces, and refine designs based on production feedback




- Maintain an organized library of 3D files, toolpaths and machine programs
- Contribute ideas for new products, textures, patterns and collections

Requirements

- Proven hands-on experience with CNC machines and Bridge Cutter (marble or stone preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Rhino and AutoCad (3D modeling)
- Working knowledge of ArtCAM and CadCAM for toolpath generation
- Understanding of stone/marble cutting, carving and finishing processes
- Good eye for form, proportion, detail and surface texture
- Ability to read and work from sketches, drawings and technical specifications
- Solid attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Portfolio showcasing 3D models and finished CNC-produced work (required)

Good to Have

- Experience in furniture, home decor or sanitaryware design
- Knowledge of rendering tools (KeyShot, V-Ray, etc.) or Grasshopper
- Familiarity with other stone, wood or composite materials
- Interest in craft, traditional art forms and product design
