We are looking for a smart, confident, well-groomed, and result-oriented Sales Head / Sales Manager to lead the sales operations at our PARADISE PALM Villa & Residential Plotting Society in Moradabad.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional personality, and the ability to attract, engage, and convert potential customers into buyers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the overall sales operations at the PARADISE PALM Society.
- Welcome and attend prospective customers visiting the society office and provide complete information about available plots, villas, pricing, and payment plans.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing leads, explain project offerings, follow up regularly, and convert enquiries into sales.
- Develop effective sales strategies, promotional schemes, and attractive offers to generate more customer interest.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and existing clients.
- Arrange and conduct site visits for potential customers.
- Identify new opportunities and implement cutting-edge ideas to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Maintain customer databases, lead records, follow-up schedules, and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the project.
