Adishi Films Pvt. Ltd. is a growing Music, Film Production & Entertainment Company based in Patna, Bihar. We provide services in music production, audio-video production, artist management, music releases, promotions and entertainment solutions.

We are looking for energetic, confident and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executives who can generate new business opportunities, acquire clients and build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Acquire new clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails and meetings.
- Connect with artists, brands, corporate clients, event organizers and production houses.
- Understand client requirements, budgets and project timelines.
- Prepare and coordinate customized business proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into paying customers.
- Build relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
- Maintain daily sales reports, lead records and follow-up updates.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and qualified personality.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Basic computer and MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.




- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.

Experience

Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates with experience in sales, business development, telecalling, client acquisition, advertising, media, entertainment or event management will be preferred.
