Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented WhatsApp Marketing & Automation Specialist who can independently manage our WhatsApp marketing campaigns, automation workflows and customer communication systems.

The candidate will be responsible for managing WhatsApp Business API platforms like AiSensy, creating automated chatbot flows, setting up customer journeys, managing bulk campaigns and improving lead conversion through effective WhatsApp marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute daily WhatsApp marketing campaigns, promotional broadcasts and customer engagement activities.
- Manage the complete AiSensy platform and WhatsApp Business API.
- Create, build and manage automated WhatsApp chatbot flows and workflows.
- Set up automated responses, welcome messages, follow-ups, reminders and lead nurturing sequences.
- Create and manage lead generation, lead qualification and lead distribution automation.
- Set up conditional automation based on customer responses, interests and requirements.
- Manage WhatsApp templates, approved message templates and campaign scheduling.
- Integrate WhatsApp automation with websites, landing pages, forms and CRM systems.
- Monitor campaign performance, delivery rates, read rates, engagement and conversions.
- Identify automation issues and troubleshoot them independently.




- Continuously improve existing WhatsApp workflows to increase customer engagement and sales.
- Maintain proper lead records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1 year or more of experience in WhatsApp Marketing and Automation.
- Hands-on experience with AiSensy or similar WhatsApp Business API platforms.
- Strong knowledge of chatbot creation and automation workflow building.
- Understanding of WhatsApp Business API, message templates and broadcast campaigns.
- Knowledge of conditional logic, triggers, webhooks and API integrations.
- Experience with lead management, customer segmentation and automated follow-ups.
- Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage and optimise the entire WhatsApp marketing system.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with AiSensy, Interakt, WATI or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of CRM integrations and third-party tools.
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks and automation tools.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused WhatsApp marketing.

What We Are Looking For

We need someone who understands both the marketing and technical side of WhatsApp automation. The candidate should be capable of building automation workflows from scratch, managing existing flows, executing marketing campaigns and ensuring smooth functioning of the complete WhatsApp communication system.
