1. Roles & Responsibilities

A. Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods and packaging materials.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Identify damaged, excess and slow-moving stock.

B. Material Receiving & Issuance

- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Check quantity and condition of received materials.
- Issue materials to production only against authorized requests.
- Maintain proper records of all incoming and outgoing materials.

C. Store & Warehouse Management

- Ensure proper storage, labelling and arrangement of materials.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and discipline within the store.
- Prevent material damage, wastage and unauthorized access.
- Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space.

D. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain stock registers, GRNs and material issue records.
- Update inventory records in Excel or company software.
- Prepare daily stock updates and monthly inventory reports.
- Report stock shortages,



excess quantities and discrepancies to management.

E. Coordination & Supervision

- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality Control and Dispatch departments.
- Inform the purchase team about material requirements and shortages.
- Supervise store staff and ensure proper execution of daily activities.
- Ensure timely material availability for production.

2. Key Accountabilities

- Accuracy of inventory and stock records.
- Proper custody and security of company materials.
- No unauthorized material movement or issuance.
- Prevention of stock loss, damage and wastage.
- Timely stock verification and reporting.
- Overall cleanliness, organization and discipline of the store.

3. Required Skills

- Experience in inventory, warehouse or store management.
- Knowledge of stock management and documentation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Solid organizational and coordination skills.
- Honesty, accountability and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
