Shree Balaji Nursing Home is a multi-speciality healthcare facility committed to delivering quality and compassionate patient care. We are looking for experienced Staff Nurses to join our team and contribute to maintaining high clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct nursing care as per doctor’s instructions
- Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, oxygen levels)
- Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids, and treatments
- Assist doctors during procedures and surgeries
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation
- Ensure hygiene and infection control practices
- Educate patients and their families about treatment and recovery
- Handle emergency situations and provide first aid
- Maintain medical equipment and ensure proper usage
- Coordinate with doctors, lab technicians, and healthcare staff

Eligibility & Qualifications:

- GNM / B.Sc Nursing / ANM from a recognized institution
- Valid Nursing Council Registration preferred





Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital/clinical setup (mandatory)

Skills Required:

- Strong patient care and monitoring skills
- Knowledge of basic nursing procedures
- Emergency handling capability
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Teamwork and coordination
- Knowledge of infection control protocols
