Job Overview

DoubtComm E-Learning is looking for motivated and communication-oriented Inside Sales Executives to connect with parents and students, understand their educational requirements, explain our learning programs and assist them throughout the admission process.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from prospective parents and students.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant course information.
- Explain course structures, features, fees and demo class details.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls and other approved communication channels.
- Guide parents through the admission and enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate customer information and lead records.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams.
- Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets.

Required Skills

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer handling and counselling abilities.




- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Lead management and follow-up.

- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.

Eligibility Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling or educational counselling is an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable communicating with parents and students over the phone.
