Core Responsibilities
- Planning & Scheduling: Create monthly and weekly schedules for rural, urban, school, and corporate eye screening camps. [1, 2, 3]
- Community Mobilization: Partner with local panchayats, NGOs, schools, and corporate entities to organize eye health awareness and drive attendance. [1, 2]
- Permissions & Logistics: Secure government and local authorities' approvals, transport equipment, set up the camp layout, and manage crowd flow. [1, 2, 3]
- Medical Team Coordination: Align doctors, optometrists, nurses, and pharmacy staff to ensure smooth triage, refraction, and dispensing. [1, 2]
- Patient Conversion & Follow-up: Track patients diagnosed with cataracts or other conditions, coordinate hospital visits, and manage transport or referrals. [1, 2]
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
