Responsibilities

- Conduct diet counselling sessions based on doctor guidelines and suggest diet plan modifications if required. (should be okay to do minimum 20 virtual calls a day)
- Monitor patient status via platform at regular intervals and conduct video calls, phone calls, and chats on a regular basis.
- Pro-active check ins with patients to ensure they are adhering to the program consistently
- Report patient data accurately and consistently to update patient’s daily assessment scores on parameters like diet, fitness, medicines, and mental health
- Coach patients to comply with doctor’s guidelines e.g., restriction of smoking or alcohol.
- Track patient vitals, lab test results and symptoms to assess for emergency/critical needs
- Work closely with doctors, physiotherapists, and psychiatrists if there is no patient improvement despite adherence to the program

Requirements

- Degree: Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Nutrition or Health Science
- NBHWC Health coach training certification is a plus
- ACE Health coach certification is a plus
- Experience:



Zero to One plus year experience in Health/Nutrition counselling
- Language: English, Hindi and one other regional language

Skills

- Ability to work in cross functional settings and coordinate with variety of stakeholders like doctors, therapists, operations team and product team
- Tech savvy and can work with computers, phones, and tablets in a remote setting - Friendly, empathetic and ability to cultivate strong relationships with patients
- Clear communication skills with the ability to motivate and induce positive behavior change within patients
- Passionate about fitness and diet with a team-player attitude
- Basic understanding of positive psychology with an ear to patiently listen to concerns when needed
- Robust computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Programs such Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
