Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end design projects, from concept development and space planning to detailed design and on-site coordination. Responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand requirements, preparing design concepts, mood boards, and presentations, and translating these into detailed drawings and specifications. The role involves overseeing FF&E; selection, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, reviewing construction drawings, and conducting site visits to ensure design intent is maintained. The Senior Interior Designer will mentor junior team members, manage project timelines and deliverables,



and support quality control across all project stages. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning, with experience delivering complete design solutions for diverse project types.
- Knowledge of Architecture principles and ability to collaborate effectively with architectural and engineering teams.
- Ability to produce and review detailed Construction Drawings and documentation for execution and approvals.
- Experience with FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination, including materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with several years of relevant professional experience in interior projects.
- Proficiency in design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D modeling tools, and presentation software).
- Solid project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and familiarity with local building codes, standards, and construction practices in Mumbai.
