CAREER PROSPECT: SOURCING EXECUTIVE (INTERN)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Sourcing Executive Intern to collaborate with our Marketing team, manage inbound property buyer leads, and facilitate the end-to-end client engagement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Verification: Review, verify, and manage inbound property buyer leads provided by the Marketing team.

- Requirement Analysis: Connect with prospective buyers to validate their property preferences, preferred locations, and configurations.

- Data Management: Publish and update verified leads on our B2B platform.

- Project Matching: Work with the Sourcing Manager to analyze verified leads, match clients with suitable real estate projects, and pitch relevant options.





- Client Engagement & Conversion: Reconnect with clients to nurture relationships, pitch tailored properties, and coordinate scheduled site visits.

Compensation & Growth:

- Stipend/CTC (3-6 months): INR 1,80,000/- per annum + Performance-based monthly incentives.

- CTC (Post-Internship): INR 3,00,000/- per annum + Performance-based monthly incentives. This revision will be done upon successful performance and meeting company expectations during intership period.
