We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer – 3D Visualisation and 2D AutoCAD to transform design concepts and 2D layouts into visually compelling, realistic, and client-ready 3D presentations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, materials, textures, lighting, and colour palettes, along with the ability to create high-quality renders that effectively communicate the design intent. You will work closely with the design and execution teams to ensure that every visualisation aligns with the proposed design concept and project requirements.

- Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in 3D visualisation for residential interior projects.
- Software: Expert-level proficiency in SketchUp, D5 Render and AutoCAD .
- Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior design concepts,



space planning, furniture detailing, materials, textures, lighting techniques, and colour combinations.
- Visualisation Skills: Ability to create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders with accurate materials, realistic lighting, and detailed finishes.
- Technical Understanding: Positive knowledge of furniture proportions, standard dimensions, ergonomics, and interior detailing.
- Skills: Strong design sensibility, creativity, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet project deadlines.
- Coordination: Ability to understand design briefs, incorporate feedback, and coordinate effectively with designers and clients to deliver presentations that meet project expectations.
