Industry: construction/civil/real Estate/ building materials
1-2 years of experience in project sales,sales marketing.
Experience in the construction,real estate or building materials industry will be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. identify and generate current business opprtunities through project sales and marketing activities.
2. visit construction sites,builders,architects,consultants and contractors to generate leads.
3. develop and maintain strong reletionship with clients,builders and channel partners.
4. promot company products and services to potential customers.
5. understand client requirements and provide suitable product or project solutions.
6. prepare quotations,follow up on inquires and negotiate with clients.
7. prepare daily visit reports,sales reports and maintain customer database.
