About us

We are a fitness education centre in Bengaluru that trains aspiring fitness professionals through classroom learning, practical sessions and certification programmes. Our students include people just entering the industry as well as working fitness professionals who want to upskill for better opportunities. Our experienced faculty guide them from their first class to their next career step. We take pride in hands-on training, a supportive learning community and a strong focus on helping every student build a real career in fitness.

The role

As Operations Manager, you’ll keep the academy running smoothly every day. You’ll look after students from enrolment to placement, support our faculty, and make sure classes, exams, training sessions and the facility run on time. You’ll also help us find better, cheaper and smarter ways to work.

What you’ll do

Student experience

- Onboard new students end to end so they start their course smoothly
- Respond to student queries promptly and professionally
- Share class recordings with students, mark attendance for every class, and flag irregularities
- Collect student feedback on faculty and pass it on, and encourage students to share their experience through online reviews
- Support students who need placement assistance and oversee recruitment solutions

Academics and training

- Schedule and organise course and certification exams
- Plan and coordinate CPR training and practical classes, including communication with students and faculty




- Record faculty attendance and flag any irregularities
- Stay in regular contact with faculty on schedules, requirements and feedback

Finance and inventory

- Follow up on daily payments due and update them in sheets/CRM
- Maintain the payments record for our head office
- Maintain the book order list and reorder books when stock reaches the minimum order quantity

Facility

- Make sure the centre is clean, well maintained and fully operational

Initiatives you’ll lead

- Find ways to cut costs and improve operational efficiency
- Identify better systems, tools and apps
- Organise graduation ceremonies and alumni meets
- Build industry partnerships

What we’re looking for

- At least 3 years of experience in operations or administration, ideally in education, fitness or training
- Robust follow-up skills, attention to detail and good record-keeping
- Confident with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools
- Excellent English communication; fluency in Kannada is a must. Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam are a plus
- A bachelor’s degree
- Someone who is process-oriented, accountable and customer-focused
