Job Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain relationships with existing franchise partners.

Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees and resolve their queries.

Ensure smooth coordination between franchise partners and internal departments.

Monitor franchise performance and support business growth.

Handle client onboarding, follow-ups, and regular account reviews.

Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and franchise operations.

Prepare regular reports on account performance and business updates.

Requirements:

Min 3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or Franchise Management.

Experience in the Finance industry will also be considered.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Good command of English.

Robust coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
