Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Handle all CRM activities and maintain customer database.

2. Regular client handling, relationship building and customer support.

3. Daily follow-up with customers / clients via call, WhatsApp & email.

4. Update CRM data, maintain records and prepare daily / weekly MIS reports in Excel.

5. Coordinate with sales & operations team for lead conversion.

6. Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.

7. Prepare follow-up sheets and reporting to management.
