Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and communicate with respondents professionally in Punjabi.
Conduct telephonic interactions to collect information and feedback as required.
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and customer interactions.
Ensure clear, polite, and effective communication throughout each call.
Achieve assigned calling targets while maintaining quality standards.
Follow company guidelines and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of collected information.
Candidate Requirements
Fluency in spoken Punjabi is mandatory.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Hindi is preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
