Role Overview:

The Customer Relationship Associate (CRA) will be responsible for handling customer interactions, driving showroom sales, and managing day-to-day activities at a COCO (Company Owned, Company Operated) showroom. The role requires a customer-focused and sales-oriented individual who can contribute to showroom performance and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive showroom sales.
- Attend to customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product information.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain customer relationships.
- Manage daily showroom operations and maintain proper store presentation.
- Handle order booking,



collection updates, and inventory receipts.
- Maintain sales records and prepare required reports.
- Ensure showroom upkeep and follow company processes and display guidelines.
- Conduct activities to attract customers and increase showroom footfall.
