We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and customer-friendly Café Crew Member who can handle multiple café operations and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers, take orders, and handle billing.
- Prepare and serve coffees, shakes, coolers, and other beverages.
- Assemble, plate, and serve desserts and café food.
- Handle dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter, equipment, tables, and utensils.
- Manage product displays, stock refilling, and basic inventory.
- Recommend products and upsell to customers.
- Coordinate with team members during busy hours.

Requirements:

- Prior café, QSR, or food-service experience preferred.
- Positive communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of beverages and food handling.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Willingness to learn all aspects of café operations.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
