Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident, customer-oriented and target-driven Senior Sales Executive for our jewellery showroom. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding their jewellery requirements, presenting suitable products, achieving individual sales targets and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of jewellery products, strong communication skills and the ability to convert customer enquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Handling & Sales

- Welcome customers and provide a professional shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, occasions and budgets.
- Present and recommend suitable jewellery designs.
- Handle sales of Gold, Silver, Diamond and Lab-Grown Diamond jewellery.
- Explain product specifications, purity, diamond quality, certification, pricing and making charges.
- Convert walk-in enquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly and individual sales targets.

2. Product Knowledge

- Maintain good knowledge of jewellery designs, collections and product categories.
- Understand gold purity, diamond 4Cs, certification and jewellery pricing.
- Explain product features, benefits and value propositions to customers.
- Stay updated on new collections, designs and market trends.

3. Customer Relationship Management

- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Maintain customer databases and purchase records.
- Follow up with prospective customers and pending enquiries.
- Encourage repeat purchases,



referrals and customer loyalty.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate for complaint resolution.

4. Sales Performance & KPI Achievement

- Achieve individual monthly sales targets.
- Improve customer conversion ratio.
- Focus on Average Bill Value (ABV) and Units Per Transaction (UPT).
- Maintain proper follow-up of prospective customers.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and festive sales activities.

5. Store Operations

- Ensure proper product display and showroom presentation.
- Follow jewellery handling and security procedures.
- Maintain accurate product movement and stock handover records.
- Ensure adherence to billing procedures and company SOPs.
- Maintain professional grooming and workplace discipline.

Eligibility Criteria

- 2-5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery.
- Experience in handling premium and high-value customers.
- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Ability to achieve individual sales targets.
- Skilled grooming and a positive attitude.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with experience in established jewellery showrooms will be preferred.
- Should be proactive, confident and customer-focused.
- Should demonstrate ownership of customer enquiries and sales closures.
- Must be comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.
