The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Assist in preparing burgers, fries, beverages, and other menu items as per company standards.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, counters, and equipment.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and replenishment.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order delivery.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively as part of a team.
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum qualification: 10th/12th pass preferred.
