We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented professional to join our team as a Franchise Manager. The candidate will be responsible for managing franchise prospects, developing investor relationships, supporting new franchise launches, and ensuring the smooth operations of existing franchise outlets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Franchise Lead Management: Initiate the first level of calls and discussions with prospective franchise investors.
2. Investor Engagement: Explain Washho's franchise business model, investment opportunities, revenue potential, and operational framework to prospective investors.
3. Business Development: Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential franchise partners and convert qualified prospects into franchise partners.
4. Franchise Store Setup: Represent the Washho brand and coordinate with franchise investors throughout the store setup process, ensuring timely launch as per brand standards.
5. Franchise Relationship Management: Regularly visit franchise outlets and interact with franchise owners to understand their requirements and resolve operational challenges.

Operational Support: Monitor franchise store performance and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
7. Brand Representation: Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and ensure consistent implementation of Washho's brand standards.
Compensation & Benefits
- Designation: Franchise Manager
- Monthly Salary: ₹25,000
- Additional Benefits: Petrol and lunch expenses reimbursed up to ₹250 per working day.
Essential Requirements
- Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
- Must have a personal laptop for work.
- Positive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel outstation and around Bangalore and visit franchise outlets.
- Ability to build relationships, manage investors, and coordinate multiple activities.
