1. Roles & Responsibilities:Handle student and parent enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
2. Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and admission procedures.
3. Counsel students to help them choose suitable courses based on their interests and career goals.
4. Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into successful admissions.
5. Maintain and regularly update student enquiry and admission databases.
6. Achieve monthly admission and enrolment targets.
7. Coordinate with the academic and admission teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
8. Assist students with application forms, document verification, and admission formalities.
9. Participate in promotional activities, seminars, education fairs, and admission campaigns.
10. Maintain positive relationships with students and parents and provide timely support.
