Candidates should have hands-on experience in Life Insurance Sales, with a solid understanding of the Bancassurance channel. Experience in managing banking relationships, driving business through bank branches and Relationship Managers, achieving sales targets, and developing partner relationships will be preferred. Prior experience with life insurance companies other than IndusInd is desirable. Candidates with team-handling, coaching, and business development experience will have an added advantage.
