Hanuman Jewellers is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Cashier Executive to manage showroom billing, daily cash transactions, payment processing and basic accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have sound accounting knowledge, strong numerical accuracy and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
- Process customer invoices accurately through the showroom billing software.
- Handle cash, UPI, debit/credit card and other payment transactions.
- Verify jewellery weight, purity, metal rates, making charges, discounts and applicable taxes during billing.
- Maintain records of customer advances, refunds and payment collections.
- Ensure accurate daily cash closing and handover.
2. Accounting & Financial Operations
- Maintain daily cash book and transaction records.
- Record sales, receipts, payments and other financial entries.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation with billing and payment records.
- Maintain petty cash records and supporting documents.
- Assist with bank deposits and bank reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.

Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily cash collection and transaction reports.
- Maintain invoices, payment receipts and accounting documents.
- Support GST billing and related documentation.
- Identify and report billing or cash discrepancies to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with the showroom sales team and accounts department.
Required Skills
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
- Cash handling and reconciliation.
- Retail billing and invoice processing.
- Knowledge of Tally / ERP / POS billing software.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST and taxation.
- Numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial transactions.
Candidate Requirements
- Commerce graduate preferred.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, billing or cashier operations.
- Jewellery retail or showroom experience will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions accurately.
- Responsible, organised and disciplined approach to work.
