Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Intern will support HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding processes, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. The role involves coordinating employee engagement activities, supporting benefits-related queries, and assisting in organizing training or development programs. The intern will help with basic HR analytics, documentation, and compliance-related tasks,



while collaborating with HR team members and other departments. This position offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions and an opportunity to learn in a rapid-paced, innovation-driven organization. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
• Candidates should possess understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Personnel Management and employee relations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools and comfort with digital collaboration platforms.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Interest in innovation, technology adoption, and working with diverse stakeholders is an advantage.
