Tableau Developer / Data Analyst (8-10) Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tableau Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, responsive dashboards. In this role, you will work with complex, multi-granular data sources and optimize dashboard performance to ensure seamless user experiences across all devices. You will collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to translate complex business data into actionable visual insights while maintaining a shift schedule of 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM IST.

Key Responsibilities
• Data Architecture & Modelling: Architect efficient data models using data blending, relationships, and physical/logical joins across diverse, granular datasets.
• Responsive Dashboard Design: Create, publish, and maintain device-specific dashboard layouts optimized for mobile, desktop, and tablet views.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize dashboard loading speeds, query execution, and data extracts to ensure a strict rendering time of under 5 seconds.
• Advanced Tableau Analytics: Develop complex worksheets utilizing advanced parameters, calculated fields, dashboard actions, and Level of Detail (LOD) expressions.
• Executive Reporting: Integrate business growth indicators, KPIs, and trend analysis components wherever applicable to drive executive decision-making.




• Maintenance & Support: Troubleshoot dashboard bugs, manage version control, and rapidly address ad-hoc data requests or operational requirements.
• Client Engagement: Interact directly with international clients to gather requirements, present dashboard prototypes, and clarify technical solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Core Technical Expertise: Solid, hands-on experience developing advanced visualizations in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
• Data Warehousing: Proven experience querying, optimizing, and connecting Google BigQuery with Tableau data sources.
• Analytical

Mastery of advanced Tableau features including LOD expressions (FIXED, INCLUDE, EXCLUDE), advanced calculations, and dynamic parameters.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for seamless, direct client interaction.
• Availability: Ability to consistently work the designated shift from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM IST.
• Agile Delivery: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment to manage sprints, track bug fixes, and deliver ad-hoc requests via ticketing tools like Jira. Location
