Role Description The Social Media Manager at Accred Master is a contract role based in Mumbai, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. This role involves managing and growing the company’s presence across social media platforms, including planning and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and optimizing content performance. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with event and marketing teams to align social media campaigns with ongoing and upcoming events, develop content calendars, and create compelling written and visual content. Daily tasks include tracking analytics,



responding to audience interactions, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and adjusting strategies based on performance data. The role also includes staying updated on social media trends and recommending current tactics to increase brand visibility and audience engagement. Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to grow and engage online audiences.
• Strong Communication and Writing abilities to craft clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messages.
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy across multiple platforms.
• Knowledge of major social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices for event-focused campaigns.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple deadlines.
• Prior experience in events, entertainment, or related industries is an advantage.
• Relevant education in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
