Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for Junior Architects and Interns based in Bengaluru. Team members will support architectural design development, including concept creation, preparation of drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials. Daily activities include assisting with design documentation, coordinating with senior architects and consultants, and participating in internal design reviews. Junior Architects and Interns will help integrate sustainability and BIM processes into projects, contribute to basic project management tasks such as tracking deliverables,



and collaborate closely with the broader design team to ensure high-quality, timely outcomes. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models.
• Familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to BIM tools, design software, and workflow optimization.
• Basic understanding of Project Management, including organizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and supporting coordinated project delivery.
• Proficiency in relevant design and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and willingness to learn new tools.
• Degree or ongoing studies in Architecture or a related field for interns; completed architectural degree for junior architects.
• Attention to detail, strong visual and spatial understanding, and the ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment.
• Effective communication skills, professionalism, and openness to feedback and mentorship.
