Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chef to manage daily food preparation and kitchen operations for our real estate company. The candidate will be responsible for preparing hygienic, nutritious, and delicious meals for management, employees, guests, and visitors while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily meals, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and beverages as required.

Plan daily menus based on management and employee preferences.

Prepare special meals for management meetings, corporate guests, client visits, and company events.

Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene.

Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving.

Monitor kitchen inventory and ensure timely procurement of groceries and other essentials.

Maintain proper storage of food items and avoid unnecessary wastage.





Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, cooking equipment, and dining areas.

Follow food safety standards and maintain hygienic cooking practices.

Coordinate with housekeeping and administration teams for smooth kitchen operations.

Manage food budgets and control kitchen expenses.

Ensure timely preparation and serving of meals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience as a Chef in a corporate canteens, cloud Kitchens

Knowledge of South Indian, North Indian.

Positive knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen management.

Menu planning and food inventory management skills.

Ability to manage time and work independently.

Skilled attitude and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

Experience working in corporate offices, real estate companies, corporate canteens

Experience preparing meals for senior management and corporate guests.

Ability to handle bulk cooking and special corporate events.
