Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for driving online visibility and engagement for Buraq Technologies. This role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, search channels, and other online touchpoints to promote smartphone sales, exchanges, and repair services. The specialist will manage social media accounts, create and schedule content, monitor audience interactions, and respond to inquiries in coordination with the customer service and sales teams.





Daily tasks include analyzing web and campaign performance data, optimizing campaigns for reach and conversion, and reporting on key metrics to inform marketing strategy. The role also includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to align digital initiatives with business goals, maintaining brand consistency, and identifying new online marketing opportunities in the local and regional markets.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing integrated campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content creation, community management, and platform analytics.
- Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
- Effective Communication skills for clear messaging, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-focused content.
- Experience in retail, consumer electronics, or smartphone industry marketing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and basic graphic design or content editing tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
