About the role

We are looking for an analytics-minded FP&A; Analyst who enjoys building as much as analysing. Our ERP, Odoo, is past its basic implementation. You will help shape its data architecture, deliver Power BI dashboards that leadership relies on and support the expansion of Odoo across the business. Over time, you will lead the use of practical AI tools to make Finance faster and more accurate.

You will work closely with the Head of FP&A; and partner with Accounting, functional teams and country teams across a multi-entity, multi-currency business.

What you will do

- Dashboards and BI: build and maintain financial and business performance dashboards in Power BI and Odoo, with drill-down by entity, revenue stream, country and cost centre.
- ERP data architecture and automation: design and streamline the data architecture between Odoo and Power BI, turn reporting needs into requirements for cost centres, profit centres and reporting dimensions, and build automated pipelines that replace manual Excel work.
- Odoo adoption and module expansion: support adoption across the organisation, gather requirements and help prioritise and roll out new modules, including project tracking.
- FP&A; support: support budget-versus-actual analysis, forecasting, scenario modelling, cash forecasting and monthly management reporting.
- AI and automation: identify and implement AI tools and workflow automations that improve Finance productivity and reporting,



using them responsibly with confidential data.

What you will bring

Essential

- 3 to 5 years in data analytics, BI, financial analytics or FP&A; analytics.
- Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query and data modelling.
- Advanced Excel and working knowledge of SQL.
- MBA Finance or equivalent, with a solid understanding of finance and FP&A; fundamentals.
- Exposure to ERP data and ERP-based reporting.
- A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and communicates clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Preferred

- Python for data processing, automation or ERP integrations.
- Experience with Odoo or other ERPs such as NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics or Zoho.
- Experience supporting ERP rollouts or system adoption.
- Practical experience with AI tools or workflow automation.

Working arrangement

- Fully remote, based in Bengaluru, with working hours aligned to the UK time zone.
- Engagement as an independent contractor (preferred) or through an employer of record.
- Travel is not anticipated.
