Role Description

This is a Hybrid role for a Freelance Educator for Technical Courses. The Educator will be responsible for preparing academic content, delivering high-quality lessons, and supporting learners throughout their technical exam preparation. The role also involves creating engaging learning materials, guiding students through discussions, and contributing to social media content that builds exam awareness.

Role Responsibilities

- Prepare content for video classes based on the exam syllabus.
- Design lesson plans and follow all curriculum requirements provided by the Academic Head.
- Create PPT presentations to support classroom delivery.
- Provide the required number of questions with solutions based on the classes.
- Create technical exam-related content for social media to engage learners and build exam awareness.





Qualifications

- M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics or Civil.
- Solid subject knowledge in the relevant technical domain.
- Proficiency in lesson planning, content creation, and question design.
- Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage learners and encourage active participation.
- Prior experience in technical education or online teaching is a plus.
- Willing to take evening live sessions (between 7 PM – 9 PM) based on schedule.
- Willing to work from Kochi or Karunagappally studio when required
- Preference for candidates from IISc/IIT/NIT.
