We're Hiring: Meta Ads & Google Ads Expert

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads & Google Ads Expert who can independently plan, execute, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads for our education and training programs, primarily targeting the UK market.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in paid advertising, lead generation strategies, campaign optimisation, audience targeting, and budget management, with a focus on achieving lead generation targets while maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to generate qualified leads for the UK market.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to identify potential customers.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and ad placements.
- Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Set up and manage retargeting campaigns to improve conversions.
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, headlines, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.




- Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and conversion tracking.
- Analyse campaign performance using key metrics such as CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Coordinate with the creative and sales teams to improve campaign performance and lead conversion.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Identify new advertising opportunities, market trends, and strategies to maximise ROI.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven experience in paid advertising and lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Expertise in campaign setup, audience targeting, keyword planning, bidding, and optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to manage advertising budgets and achieve lead generation targets.
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Experience targeting UK audiences will be an added advantage.
- EdTech or education industry experience will be preferred.
